Your clients do not need to provide any details to download the app, however they will need to provide their email address and phone number to register with PEXA Key. These details must match the email address and phone number you entered when you sent out the invitation.
No, not at all. For each of the workspaces, invite your client to use PEXA Key from the participants screen. Once your client has downloaded the app, both properties will show in the app screen and they will receive separate tasks for each.
You can invite a client anytime during the transaction. To do this after you have created the party, you will need to edit the party, tick the PEXA Key checkbox and enter your clients phone number and email address.
Yes, if a client's phone number or email address needs to be updated, you will need to resend a PEXA Key invitation. To do so, you will need to withdraw party representation via the Participants screen and then create the party again and enter the correct details. Note: The invitation cannot be resent be editing the Party Details.
The PEXA Key app is tied to the client. When you send them an invitation to PEXA Key from the workspace they will have access to see that particular property. If they have multiple properties you can invite them to view those also as well as receive any bank detail tasks you ask them to complete.
