The settlement date appears as soon as the client registers into the app, and the time will show as "after XX time". The client won't receive confirmation of time until the settlement has started.
No, the client will simply see the new settlement date and time once it has been entered into the workspace. They will not need to resend bank details if they have already done so.
No, at this stage you can only request bank details and share trust/source account details.
No, they do not need to delete the app but they can if they wish to.
Yes, clients are able to share a screenshot of the settlement date, and the house illustration or settlement illustration. This will not share any personal/confidential information such as email address, phone number or property address.
Not at the moment but we’re looking at this and would like to get it in the app sometime soon.
It will be displayed in the Financial Settlement screen. We’re working on getting an update or notification for you to see it’s been completed.
A clients registration is based on the clients email and mobile number. If this remains the same then they will be able to use any android or iOS device to use PEXA Key.
