Opt-in to automatically send PEXA Key Invitations
To make it easier to invite clients to register for PEXA Key, we have added a new feature to the PEXA Exchange. It enables you and your organisation to opt-in to automatically send PEXA Key invitations.
Subscriber Managers will be able to activate this feature under Administrator Tools on the platform - check out how to do this below.
When enabled, the PEXA Key check box under Party Details will be selected by default* for all future Workspaces.
e.g.
Once you have entered your client's mobile phone number and email address, PEXA will send your client an invitation to register for PEXA Key upon saving the party details. For parties who do not wish to register for PEXA Key, simply uncheck the invitation check box, and your client won’t be sent an invitation.
How To:
If you’re a PEXA member who is keen to get your clients using PEXA Key, then your Subscriber Manager can enable this feature:
- Navigate to Administrator Tools > Manage Subscriber Details
- Scroll down to the PEXA Key - Registration section and select On
* The PEXA Key invitation displays in Workspaces where there is an eligible transfer.
