Hi team, we have a vendor client who's recently changed his mobile phone number. The PEXA key was sent to his old mobile, but that will become redundant shortly so it needs to go to his new number. I tried to send it to his new number but apparently he hasn't received it. TIA.
One method to be able to resend an invite is to un-represent the client and the when you re-represent the client to enter in the new mobile contact details. However this will affect the documents that the client is involved in, so if they have progressed you may not want to take this action.
