In this release, we’re launching the Settlement date & time notifications. This feature alerts Proprietors on Title of changes to a Settlement time or date via a notification on the Project Dashboard.
To view Settlement date and time proposal notifications
When logged in as Proprietor on Title and another party in the Workspace changes the settlement date or time, you will see a notification of this change on the Settlement Date tab on Project Dashboard.
To view the notification, click on the Settlement Date tab. Workspaces with an updated settlement date or time are identifiable by the Pending status on the Settlement Date Status column. You can also view the original settlement date and time along with the proposed date and time (shown in red) on the Settlement time column.
It’s now easier to access help articles from within the app, thanks to the new Help widget tab in PEXA Project. The Help widget tab is added to certain screens in PEXA Projects where contextual help is available. When you click on the Help widget tab, help content for this screen opens up in a new tab to the Community Help article.
Accessing Help content
Using the Bulk Upload Workspaces screen as an example:
Navigate to Manage Workspace > Bulk Upload Workspaces.
Click on the Help widget tab located on the right-hand side of the screen. The help page opens in a new tab.
