We’ve enhanced the Corrective Payments feature to now include the ability for users to receive email notifications, even when logged out of PEXA.
Corrective Payments notification is an opt-in / opt-out feature which is available when a user has corrective payment permission. Upon release, users will have this feature enabled by default.
Whenever a new corrective payment is identified in the Workspace for a subscriber, they’ll receive a single email to inform them that they are required to action a pending corrective payment in the Workspace. Only users who have Corrective Payments Notifications enabled will receive the email notification.
In addition to the email notification enhancement, we’ve also reordered the Corrective Payments menu link so that it sits higher on the menu.
For information on how to set up corrective payment notifications, refer to the Corrective Payments help article.
To ensure trust and accuracy within the platform, and reduce manual data entry, we’ve made the Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding (FRCGW) details visible to all parties. When adding a Destination for a Foreign Resident Capital Gains Withholding (FRCGW), the account particulars are now visible to all parties in a Workspace.

In this release, we’ll be updating the restriction so that you’ll be able to send conversations to the relevant Participant when you are completing transactions such as Survivorships, Transmissions, and Part Tenancy Transfers.
