We’re super excited to announce that we’ve made PEXA Exchange mobile responsive and it’s now available to you! With mobile responsiveness, the interface adapts and scales according to your screen size. This means you can conveniently access PEXA Exchange from any mobile device (phone or tablet) to view your Workspace anywhere, anytime.
To deliver a better experience, we’ve optimised the mobile experience ensuring that you can easily navigate your Workspace no matter how big (or small) your device is.
Here’s what you need to know when viewing on a mobile device:
By default, the left-navigation menu is hidden to maximise the screen space. To display the menu, tap on the arrow icon to view the menu slide out from the left.
Grids (such as tables and rows) have been replaced by vertically stacked lists, which makes it easier for you to scroll on a hand-held device. Click View to view more details of the Workspace (FIG 1)
The Workspace status bar displays only the current status of the Workspace. If you want to see all Workspace statuses, click the + icon to expand the statuses list (FIG 2).
We are very excited about Conversations as we have made it easy to read and respond to! (FIG 3).
For those of you who have many Workspaces, you can use the filter tool to find your Workspace easily.
Signing has not changed, so you will need to continue using your computer or existing device for signing.

Logging in to PEXA on a mobile device:
To log in to PEXA from your mobile device, go to https://workspaces.pexa.com.au and enter your email and password. You’ll be required to authenticate with multi-factor authentication (MFA) whenever you log in from a browser, whether on desktop or a mobile device.
It’s now easier for you to copy the Workspace ID and paste it into another document or application. We’ve added a Copy button next to the Workspace ID on the Workspace Summary screen. Simply click on the Copy button then paste it where you want to put it.
From 14th April, we’ve activated email and mobile validation on thePartyscreen to ensure that the email or mobile you enter for the PEXA Key invitation is valid. When an Incoming Proprietor or Proprietor on Title enters their client’s mobile or email, PEXA checks to see if the data entered is valid:
The email or mobile has the correct format:
10-digits for local mobile phone (e.g.: 0412 345 678).
The syntax is firstname.lastname@example.org for email addresses.
The email or mobile entered is a valid account to an existing service provider or network, respectively.
If the details entered are valid, you’ll see a small green tick appear next to your entry to indicate that the email or mobile has been successfully validated.
If the email or mobile is invalid, then a red error message appears. You’ll be required to re-enter a valid email or mobile to proceed.
In some instances, an email or mobile cannot be verified so a warning message appears. When this happens, you’ll still be able to save the form, however, the PEXA Key invitation may not necessarily be sent to the recipient.
We’ve updated the Request to join PEXA form (via Subscriber Search > Invite them to connect!) to include a new Jurisdiction field and made some existing fields mandatory. This ensures that relevant data is captured in the initial request. You can use this form to send an invitation to a Subscriber inviting them to join the PEXA network. Our referral teams use this information to contact the Subscriber.
