We’re super excited to announce that we’ve made PEXA Exchange mobile responsive and it’s now available to you! With mobile responsiveness, the interface adapts and scales according to your screen size. This means you can conveniently access PEXA Exchange from any mobile device (phone or tablet) to view your Workspace anywhere, anytime.
To deliver a better experience, we’ve optimised the mobile experience ensuring that you can easily navigate your Workspace no matter how big (or small) your device is.
Here’s what you need to know when viewing on a mobile device:

To log in to PEXA from your mobile device, go to https://workspaces.pexa.com.au and enter your email and password. You’ll be required to authenticate with multi-factor authentication (MFA) whenever you log in from a browser, whether on desktop or a mobile device.
Read more about MFA in PEXA.
We're continually working on improving this and would love to hear your feedback. Simply post your comment below to share your feedback.

It’s now easier for you to copy the Workspace ID and paste it into another document or application. We’ve added a Copy button next to the Workspace ID on the Workspace Summary screen. Simply click on the Copy button then paste it where you want to put it.

From 14th April, we’ve activated email and mobile validation on the Party screen to ensure that the email or mobile you enter for the PEXA Key invitation is valid. When an Incoming Proprietor or Proprietor on Title enters their client’s mobile or email, PEXA checks to see if the data entered is valid:
If the details entered are valid, you’ll see a small green tick appear next to your entry to indicate that the email or mobile has been successfully validated.
If the email or mobile is invalid, then a red error message appears. You’ll be required to re-enter a valid email or mobile to proceed.
In some instances, an email or mobile cannot be verified so a warning message appears. When this happens, you’ll still be able to save the form, however, the PEXA Key invitation may not necessarily be sent to the recipient.

We’ve updated the Request to join PEXA form (via Subscriber Search > Invite them to connect!) to include a new Jurisdiction field and made some existing fields mandatory. This ensures that relevant data is captured in the initial request. You can use this form to send an invitation to a Subscriber inviting them to join the PEXA network. Our referral teams use this information to contact the Subscriber.
