Financial Institutions in the role of the Incoming Mortgagee can now set up either their Purchasers Equity or Loan Proceeds source line items to automatically adjust to balance the Financial Settlement Schedule (FSS).
This means Loan Proceeds or Purchasers Equity can be entered much earlier in the transaction as the Incoming Mortgagee can enter a maximum amount, sign the FSS and sit back while PEXA adjusts the amount to balance the schedule. No more last-minute manual adjustments and re-signing!

The ATO GST Withholding forms introduced in Release 14.0.1 lets members lodge Forms one and two via PEXA.
To assist members with lodging Form two at settlement, we’ve added a new reminder on the Workspace Summary screen. The reminder prompts members to confirm and finalise the form details so that Forms one and two can be lodged together at settlement. Otherwise, members will need to lodge Form two manually on the ATO website.

Where a document has been requisitioned in QLD, the status of Requisitioned can now be seen on the Document screen, making it easier to determine the status of your document at the land registry.

Entering a Road Type is now optional in QLD SA, VIC & WA for Party addresses and Land titles in a Workspace. This means that addresses such as ‘The Avenue’ and The Boulevard’ are now accepted in these jurisdictions.

The 'Date of Possession' in a QLD Transfer Form 24A document is the date the Transferee is entitled to possess the property. This is usually the Date of Settlement or the date the land is vested in their name.
In a QLD Transfer Form 24A document, we've added a new 'Copy Settlement Date' button to allow Members to quickly apply the Settlement Date as the 'Date of Possession' in the Transfer Form 24A Document.
If a Settlement Date is already scheduled, the Settlement Date would be immediately applied as the Date of Possession.
