If GST Withholding Form two fails to lodge through PEXA due to a connectivity issue with ATO, you’re no longer required to manually lodge this form. Instead, we’ll attempt to lodge it for you and will continue to do so until the form is successfully lodged. If GST Withholding Form two continues to remain in “Unsuccessful Lodgement” status, even after three days from the settlement date, please contact us.
How will I know it’s an ATO connectivity issue?
You’ll receive an email advising you if the GST Withholding Form two failed to lodge due to a connectivity issue with ATO.
Important: If there’s an ATO outage and the GST Withholding Form two fails to lodge, it’s very important that you don’t manually lodge this form with the ATO. Doing so will create additional rework, and unless advised by PEXA, leave it with us and we’ll sort it out for you.
