PEXA is pleased to present PEXA Maintenance Release 16.0.1, scheduled for business go live 04 June 2022.

Highlights

      • IM able to Sign FSS without a Settlement Date in Refinances using Auto Balance of Sources with Ready...
      • Notify MoT when DA has been uploaded into a WS (ALL)
      • ATO GST – Notifications & Emails for form removal (ALL)

Incoming Mortgagee in a Refinance is now able to Sign FSS without a Settlement Date/Time when using ...

The Auto Balance of Sources feature for Refinances has been enhanced. This feature now allows participants in the role of Incoming Mortgagee (IM) to sign the FSS when Ready to Book is applicable and no settlement date/time is present at the time of signing.

This will allow the IM in a Refinance workspace to perform the following actions in one session:

  • Enter a “Maximum Amount” for their Auto Balancing source line item,
  • Sign the FSS, and
  • Click “Ready to Book”.

When the settlement date and time is inserted into the Workspace (i.e. the MOT clicks “Ready to Book”), the IM will remain signed and not need to re-enter the Workspace when total disbursements for the Refinance are less than or equal to the Maximum Amount entered for the Auto Balanced source line item.  Workspaces will then be able to progress to settlement without needing an IM to return to the Workspace once the Mortgagee on Title has completed their actions.

Notification to Mortgagee on Title (MoT) when DA has been uploaded into a WS (ALL)

A new email is now sent to the Mortgagee on Title (MoT) when a Discharge Authority has been uploaded into a Workspace.

Receiving the Discharge Authority is a crucial step in the MoT's processes and a trigger to progress the transaction. This notification will save the MoT from going into the Workspace to check whether a Discharge Authority has been uploaded.

(Note: Members using PEXA integration will receive the new notification via the Notifications API from Release 16.1.0, which goes live at the start of August)

ATO GST – Notifications & Emails for form removal (ALL)

Upon the removal of a GST Withholding Form one and/or Form two, a new email and notification will now be created.

The email is sent to the participant that did not complete the action in order to notify them that the form has been removed by another participant in the Workspace.

These are the actions that remove a form:

  • Incoming Proprietor:
    • manually removes the form
    • removes a party
  • An Incoming Proprietor or Proprietor on Title on the Workspace either:
    • Withdraws from Workspace
    • Abandons the Workspace
    • Removes their role (when in a dual role)

Hi Team, are you able to  advise whether there will be an outage this weekend with the deployment of the release?

Hi @BrettCS  please can we confirm details of the workspace/ subscriber reference will remain in the new email notification for DAs, as it does for the existing notifications?

Hi @LLW,

Yes, the new email notification's subject will follow our standard structure:

Hi @Marty  Thanks for your reply, the emails we currently receive have the subscriber reference too - will this be included in the subject name and or email body? Thank you

Hi @LLW,

Sorry, I should have been clearer. Yes, the subscriber reference will be included in the email subject. (We use 'workspace reference' and 'subscriber reference' interchangeably.)
