New User Permissions: Trust Account Fund Verification
Subscriber Managers can now assign responsibilities to users within their organisation for Verification of Trust Account Funds in financial settlement.
This permission allows the user to verify Trust Account Funds in a PEXA financial settlement, thus confirming that the funds exist in the trust account.
Previous to this change, any user could verify Trust Account funds.
This change ensures that organisations can better manage the roles and responsibilities of their users.
User Profile Setup> Maintain User screen
Note: All existing users in PEXA are granted this permission by default. Following R4.1, Subscriber Managers can remove this permission if you don’t want specific users to be able to verify trust account funds.

This change gives the Mortgagee on Title confidence that cross collateralised titles are more likely to settle together/ sequentially. For instance, refinancing a mortgage which is secured by properties in different states. Previous to this change, only participants in the role of Incoming Mortgagee could link workspaces for lodgement.
