PEXA is pleased to present a minor release of the PEXA System, Release 9.1, scheduled for business go live 4 February 2019.
PEXA has improved the efficiency around linked simultaneous lodgements. Previously, subscribers in the role of Incoming Mortgagee or Mortgagee on Title could link up to 6 simultaneous lodgements in a Workspace. The number of Workspaces you can link or de-link for simultaneous lodgements has now increased to 12.

We’ve enhanced the Participation Requestion functionality so that Mortgagees on Title can respond to bulk Workspace invitation requests via the new Participations Request feature in PEXA Exchange.
Previously, a Proprietor on Title had to send individual Workspace invitations to the Mortgagee on Title requesting them to join the Project. The Mortgagee on Title would receive both the individual Workspace invitation and the participation request. Now, you are no longer required to send individual Workspace invitations. If a Workspace exists and a mortgagee is added to the Project, then a participation request is automatically sent to the mortgagee's Workspace in PEXA Exchange.
When a Mortgagee on Title receives a participation request, the request can now be easily identified via the new PR notification on the top navigation bar in PEXA Exchange. Whenever a new participation request is received, it appears as a notification here.
Simply click on the PRs link to view all outstanding participation requests. Upon selecting an outstanding Project to view, the mortgagee can view a summary of the request and then respond with the option to either Accept, Forward or Decline the participation request and its associated invitations.
More information on Participation Requests in PEXA Projects can be found here.

Previously, the ability to create Settlement Notifications was available only to Practitioners. In this release, we’ve extended the functionality to financial institutions. In Transfer Workspaces, participants in the role of Incoming Mortgagee and Mortgagee on Title can now access the Property Information page, which enables them to create settlement notifications for their frontline staff, relationship managers, and brokers.
The Settlement Notification functionality works the same way as it currently does for Practitioners. For more information on how to create notifications, refer to the Settlement Notification article on Community.
