Who do I contact if I want access to PEXA Tracker?
For more information about PEXA Tracker, or to inquire about gaining access, please contact your PEXA Tracker administrator at your organisation.
Can I view PEXA Tracker on multiple devices? Yes. PEXA Tracker is available on PCs, Macs, mobile devices and tablets by logging on through a web browser. This means you do not need to download or install an application through either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Android.
Who can use PEXA Tracker? It is primarily used by bank employees who don’t have access to the PEXA Exchange. The financial institution must also be a PEXA Subscriber.
What information does PEXA Tracker provide? PEXA Tracker provides high level information contained in a PEXA Exchange Workspace. Workspaces that have settled in the past 7 days are searchable on the platform.
Can I access both PEXA Tracker and PEXA Exchange? PEXA Tracker was designed for users who are not eligible for access to PEXA Exchange.
Why haven't the documents and financial line items been signed? As part of the settlement process, the documents and financial line items are confirmed and signed by the required parties in the workspace. If these items have not been completed the day before settlement, there is no need to be alarmed. 95% of settlements have the documents and financials signed off on the day of settlement. It is standard practice to sign these documents at the same time as signing off the Financial Statement ie: once the final funds have been calculated on the day of settlement.
