A huge congratulations to Bradley & Bray Solicitors and McCullough Robertson Lawyers on completing the first QLD PEXA Settlement involving Commercial Property today.
It was also the first purchase transaction for McCullough Robertson’s – with the firm continuing to embrace eConveyancing; and the first PEXA Settlement altogether for Bradley & Bray Solicitors (who managed to get their registration and training done all within a week of settlement happening!).
June saw the scope of eConveyancing in Queensland expand to capture commercial property transactions - and todays' settlement is a wonderful example of our members benefiting from the expansion.
Jacob, Director from Bradley & Bray:
“Mark and I had previously discussed how the landscape of Conveyancing was evolving and adapting, and we needed to evolve and adapt with it. After completing our training with PEXA and jumping into our first PEXA Settlement, the whole process opened our eyes to the possibilities of electronic conveyancing, and the benefits to all of the parties involved. We were fortunate to have Toni, our local PEXA representative, in our office to guide us through the first Settlement to ensure that all went well.
We are extremely excited to have been a part of the first Queensland Commercial PEXA Settlement and look forward to continuing to use PEXA in order to provide a more convenient and streamlined service for our clients.”
