This week PEXA hosted the first Banking Transformation Symposium where members from different lenders came together to look at opportunities to remove redundant manual processes as a result of the new digital landscape.
During the 2 day event, change champions within the lenders worked together to gain a greater understanding of new challenges arising from a highly collaborative network.
The group met people from around the PEXA business and had the opportunity to take a sneak peek behind what practitioners call our support team about when readying a PEXA workspace.
The symposium also connected participants with some of PEXA’s most active practitioners, creating a space where lenders and practitioners could explore issues that, if better understood, allow parties to more effectively collaborate on and around the PEXA platform.
As the network continues to grow, opportunities such as these events are essential in achieving a successful outcome for the betterment of the industry and it’s client.

Why do I like this post? Because it's a morale booster for those of us who are struggling at the cutting edge. Dealing day to day with bankers and brokers who are themselves still learning the new processes and protocols can be frustrating for all, so it really is good see initiatives such as this. It means that the pain of change will subside that much sooner.

Really good comment Peter.
The more we all talk the faster we will progress to PEXA being the normal way of doing business.
