Today I joined industry peers at PEXA’s Office for a Banking Operations Council meeting. While at the PEXAplex I had the opportunity to visit the PEXA Support Centre and meet with PEXA team members.
Listening to a number of customer calls provided me with the opportunity to understand the voice of our practitioners, what we are doing well and areas for improvement. CBA are committed to continuing to work with PEXA and our industry partners to enhance the experience for our practitioners but more importantly our mutual customers.

Great to see @MCulican and a number of other representatives from the Banking Operations Council sit alongside the PEXA Support Team to really get an understanding of the issues PEXA customers face day to day.
It was fantastic to hear Mike suggesting real solutions CBA could provide as he sat next to @PrincelyE on the floor.
