I have just been told by CBA that they are "at full settlement capacity tomorrow and are unable to settle" my simultaneous tomorrow. This is despite accepting both invitations 5 weeks ago knowing the settlement date was tomorrow, sending me conversations 6 days ago that the files were both in certifications for settlement, then suddenly the day before, they are at full capacity and received a directive yesterday unable to take any more settlements tomorrow. I asked the question was there something late or wrong with our documents that is now going to delay settlement and the response was, they are just at capacity, that's it. How can this be???? is this some kind of a joke??? Clients have removalists booked, all is in order for both settlements, there are significant ramifications on this. Anyone else having issues?

we had the same, they had 1100 settlements for the day and didn't have the capacity because of the EOFY. Not sure how this happened, considering the market was a little slow.....
