I had one of my subscribers call me today and they were having difficulties signing their documents in PEXA using their digital certificate. They called our Support Team and the problem was identified straight away. My subscriber was working in a different office and the computer she was using did not have the signing software installed.
Just as a friendly reminder, if you work between several offices, please make sure you have the signing software installed on each of your computers.

And the installation steps and files can be found here, so you can install the files on any additional PC yourself at anytime.
Also, if using the Google Chrome browser, and you are using a new PC without the digital certificate software, rest assured that you will be prompted to install the files in the PEXA platform when you attempt to Sign. When you launch the Signing screen in Chrome, PEXA checks your digital certificates software and prompts you automoatically if any additional files are required.
