Recently the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) held the Property Law Conference in Melbourne. At the end of the event, a post-event survey was sent to all attendees. In the LIV survey there were a couple questions about PEXA and how we can help improve your e-Conveyancing experience. We have collated the common feedback points, and have addressed them below.

How do I keep track of Reminders and information emails?
As a registered community member, you can subscribe to a blog or individual content. For example, you may want to be notified any time there is a new PEXA Product Release, or when there is a new post in the Announcements | Outages, Service Charter updates, pricing etc blog. When you subscribe, you'll be sent an email when a new article is posted, ensuring you'll always have the latest information. Read here for more information on how to subscribe.
I’d like to see integration with Conveyancing manager and with the SRO and reduce the relentless inputting of data

Make the dashboard easier to use
Thank you for your feedback on the dashboard. We’ve heard loud-and-clear your comments on improving the PEXA homepage, with this in mind, we have started project “Dashboard”. It is currently in a pilot phase
Provide step-by-step flow charts regarding the process of completing an electronic conveyance for a vendor, and for a purchaser
We have step by step content which can be viewed on the e-Conveyancing Community (this site). You also have the option to download the flowcharts for these transactions.
Send out more Instruction sheets to LIV Members, as a free of charge service. For LIV to include in their LawNews bulletins.
Abolish the compulsory nature of PEXA Introduce some competition so a fairer market place/prices
Any organisation can apply to become an Electronic Lodgement Network Operator (ELNO) through the Regulator ARNECC. At present, PEXA is the only organisation to both apply to become an ELNO and make the significant financial investment required to build the enabling infrastructure and network. It is envisaged that in time, others may wish to do so.
Allow me to work at any time (ie weekends)
The PEXA System can be accessed 24/7.
Service availability for Victoria:
For additional information about how public holidays affect operating hours, and to see hours of operation for other States, please refer to the section 8 of the Service Charter.
Simplify the process. However, there is no paperless system as yet, for the registration of retail and commercial leases.
Leases in Victoria are planned for Release 9 (Nov 2018)
Integrate with duties online
At the moment there are no plans to integrate further with duties online.
