One of PEXA’s recent platform upgrades included changing the Customer Account/Loan Number into a mandatory field when sending an invitation to a Mortgagee on Title, Incoming Mortgagee, or Source Funder.
Although mandatory, circumstances may arise where the Customer Account/Loan Number is not available at the time of sending the invitation. In this instance, ‘N/A’ can be entered in the field and the invitation sent.
When the Customer Account/Loan Number becomes available simply send it in a conversation, assisting the Bank to locate the Customer’s details quickly.
