The PEXA Training team have trained thousands of people's from hundred's of law firms, conveyancing practices and financial institutions over the last couple of years, and I wanted to share my top tips for learning PEXA that we have seen work time and time again!!
Green for Go! On the PEXA Dashboard, if you need to create a new Workspace, think 'Green for Go' to remind yourself of where to start. Green for Go! Green for Go!
Blue for New! When you are in a PEXA Workspace, anytime you need to create or do anything new, it will always come from a Blue button. Things like creating a NEW document, creating a NEW participant, adding a NEW financial line item, inviting someone NEW into a Workspace. Blue for New works! Blue for New!
Action cog to Do! If you need to Do something to an item that is existing (i.e. action or edit something), it will always be the Action Cog. For example, editing a party, viewing a document, signing a document, edit a financial line item, etc. Action to Do! Action to Do!
Follow the left hand navigation panel: Generally speaking, you can use the left hand navigational panel like a to do list, and it guides you in the order you should complete your tasks without missing anything. Follow the left hand navigation panel
