Confident in the PEXA platform @Chris-Bradbury of Federation Settlements was able to leave the office during settlement today. Not needing to attend settlement in person, Christine was able to join PEXA Direct Specialist @FionaR for a stylish lunch!
Last month Christine was enjoying lunch at Subway when she got an email saying settlement had been effected. Her heart sank as she thought she should be doing something… then she remembered it was an electronic settlement! She didn’t need to do a thing as the workspace was at ready-ready the day prior.
The agent was automatically notified at settlement too.

The perks of settling electronically with PEXA meant we could enjoy the views and a luscious lunch to boot, whilst watching an electronic settlement take place at the table. Efficiency plus with buyers name on title in six minutes !

What a great way to spend an afternoon.
I love the freedom that the platform gives me I am not chained to my office desk I can conduct a settlement from any computer and even sign documents as long as I have a laptop with the program installed. this is really changing my experience in settlements. I have been in the industry since I was 16 nearly 40 years (now showing my age :-) ) electronic conveyancing has to be the biggest change I have embraced with the help of my PEXA specialist Fiona the transition has been painless, well as painless as any settlement can be.
Todays lunch was just more proof that electronic conveyancing should not be feared but embraced now before you are left behind and playing catch up. It is inevitable that this is the way of the future and at some point will be the only way to settle.
Settling on PEXA really frees us up to concentrate on the finer parts of the settlement process. We have more time to visit with our clients and provide a real service.
