Can anyone explain to me why some Panel Solicitors require copies the printed documents from the workspace and settlement statement? I have had it with them lately, not meeting settlement deadlines despite having been invited weeks before settlement, not replying to conversations and providing source funds in a timely manner. The last two days have seen my time absolutely wasted with delay after delay with settlements, making phone calls which are not returned after being on hold for 45 minutes and then not allowed speak to the file owner, PEXA conversations and emails which are ignored and then to be advised of an outstanding issue an hour before settlement that you have never had the courtesy of being previously advised or quoted guidelines and service level agreements that again you have had never have been provided. Time for protocols to be put in place. Lift your game!
We understand your frustration. The industry transfer guidelines are available here and they are an invaluable tool for parties to understand what needs to be done in the workspace and when.
