I'm hoping to get some insights from those of you who use the platform. I'd love to get as many answers as possible finishing these four statements:
Using PEXA means I....
I want PEXA to...
...is the best thing about PEXA.
...is the worst thing about PEXA.
Don't hold back on me now, what comes to mind first when thinking of these statements?

Hmmmm, surprised no-one has responded to this yet.
Using PEXA means I can monitor our settlements myself in real time.
I want PEXA to liaise with Landgate to resolve the electronic lodging of 2nd mortgages on pCT's in WA.
(Most 1st mortgagees will not release the pCT to enable us to lodge via PEXA - Landgate do not allow us to register by paper)
We have over 25 such mortgages which we are unable to register. Some date back 18 months.
Landgate refer us to PEXA, PEXA refer us to Landgate.
We are at a loss.
Real time interaction with other subscribers is the best thing about PEXA.
Closely followed by the approachability and expertise of PEXA staff.
Impact on jobs (less people needed to do the work) is the worst thing about PEXA. (eg: Banks no longer needing settlement agents, etc..)
Speaking in societal terms, not from an employer perspective.

OK, I will have a crack at this too.
Using PEXA means I.... have control and visibility that I did not previously have for a settlement.
I want PEXA to... continue to evolve and become the single process we use.
The ability to provide feed back and see that feedback put into real system development ...is the best thing about PEXA.
The exceptions that have to fall out to paper ...is the worst thing about PEXA.

Using PEXA means I am practising the most up to date conveyancing procedures and am using my work time more efficiently.
I want PEXA to find a way to link interstate settlements.
Time efficiency is the best thing about PEXA.
Other offices not being on PEXA is the worst thing about PEXA.
Banks on PEXA are also the worst thing about PEXA.
