While we'd love to be a one-stop shop for advice for our members, unfortunately this isn't possible (as you've identified), though we do include a message at the point of registration for webinars about not being able to provide legal or lodgement advice.
Over the course of delivering our training programs (including webinars), we touch on a number of topics that generate thoughts, ideas and questions from attendees. When these are PEXA related, we will also address them, but you are right in saying that sometimes they would be more correctly directed to ARNECC, a land registry, revenue office or industry body. If we identify any particular themes with these, we may pass them on to the relevant organisation to consider and follow up, and our industry partners tend to be quite happy to assist.
