Death of Life Tenant

Good afternoon,

Can anyone possibly assist me with my enquiry:   

Are we able to via PEXA to register an absolute title to a remainderman following the death of a Life Tenant?

And if so, is this simply registering the death of the deceased life tenant followed by a transfer to the remainder expectant?  

I would be grateful for any comments/guidance.

Unfortunately those documents will not be able to be done in PEXA, and will need to be lodged in paper.
