SettleMe is your online property app that makes communicating with your clients as easy as 1-2-3. SettleMe will notify your clients on the progress of settlement and you can create a personalised checklist of tasks for them to complete.
Your clients can access SettleMe without you needing to set up your profile – it’s your choice how you want to use it.

Follow these simple steps to get started with SettleMe to manage the settlement of your clients’ properties.
Complete your Organisation’s Information and upload your organisation's logo. This helps brand SettleMe as your own.
Ensure you select the jurisdiction you operate in. Client Checklists
Complete your Client Checklists; this template defaults a list of tasks for all your clients. Note: There are separate template checklists for buyers and sellers.
Click ON to display a task by default for your clients.
If required edit an existing checklist item.
Click Add new item to add new tasks to the template, if required.
Select the User Controls tab.
Add colleagues within your organisation who should have administration access within the SettleMe Console. This will give access to the Settings tab.
Invite Your Clients to SettleMe
There are two ways you can have your clients invited to use SettleMe.
Option 1 (let PEXA send the invite - the most used option!)
In PEXA, first ensure you have created a party record for your client via the Participants Screen. Select “I represent this party” and add the party details.Tick the tickbox which says:“Send my client an email on my behalf inviting them to track their settlement status through SettleMe” and enter in their email address.
Note: SettleMe is only available for Parties who are set up as individuals (i.e. not in a company name).
Confirm the address details are correct in the PEXA Land Titles screen.
PEXA will automatically send your client an email inviting them to track their settlement through SettleMe.
Option 2(invite them yourself)
In PEXA, first ensure you have created a party record for your client via the Participants Screen. Select “I represent this party” and add the party details.
Confirm the address details are correct in the PEXA Land Titles screen before inviting your clients to SettleMe.
Once the Party is created in PEXA, SettleMe is able to find your client.
Copy the “Workspace ID” and provide this in an email to the clients in that transaction together with the SettleMe URL: www.pexa.com.au/settleme
Review clients who have registered
Return to your SettleMe Console.
Review the list of clients who have registered to use SettleMe.
Click the green arrow to display the tasks for a specific client's transaction.
Update Tasks (Optional)
This is only required if you want to add personalised tasks for a client.
Review the status of your client’s tasks.
Click the edit icon to edit an existing task.
Click Add new item to add a specific task to the selected client’s list.All completion dates assigned to tasks are relative to the settlement date and time.
Click Send notification now to notify the client of the changes you have made.
Select Complete to mark tasks your client has completed
