Stamp Duty post settlement

Can Stamp Duty be paid within 30 days post settlement and have settlement take place in PEXA? 
Would it just be a matter of a complex assessment?

Hi @Cyndal,

Thanks for reaching out.  Unfortunately the way that PEXA and the Duties Online system are integrated, the stamp duty payment is automatically generated into the Financial Settlement Summary and must be paid at settlement.  The payment cannot be deferred for a later date, even if the assessment is complex.
