It has been raised by Landgate that some WA subscribers are uploading documents to the PEXA workspace but not attaching these to their registry instrument prior to lodgement, eg: expired restrictive covenant removal.
Please note that in order for the document to be sent to Landgate, there is a second step requiring the attachment of the document to the registry instrument. That is, you need to 1) upload and then 2) attach to the registry instrument.
