Hi Everyone
I am aware that some parties may be encountering some Lodgement Verification and Certification issues when discharging a second Mortgage if there is an issued title. Just a reminder that you can discharge a second mortgage without the need to hold the title (as per the paper process) if you ensure that the “Issuing Instructions” in the Lodgement Instructions (in the Documents screen) are set to “Please Select”, ie; there are no issuing instructions. This will remove the need to enter any “Holding Details” for the title.
Just to note that the “Issuing Instructions” default to “No Duplicate to Issue” so do need to be manually changed back to “Please Select”.

**UPDATE: The Issuing instructions for a stand alone discharge of mortgage will now default to "Please Select", so there is no need to change this. And you should receive a Successful Lodgement Verification without the need to edit any fields in the Lodgement Instructions.
