We have noticed that there have been several completed dealings with the status of "Lodged" still sitting on users' active dashboard
This generally occurs for those that have been pulled out for manual examination by Landgate
If you aware that the title has been updated, please send a copy of the title search or general search from Landgate's website to our support team by email:
firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the workspace / PEXA ID
We will then manually push it to "complete" and it will be removed from your active dashboard within 24-48 hours
If your dealing has not yet registered, you should contact Landgate with the dealing number to check the status

For API users regarding the error 500001 or code, 400 Bad requests some users are getting when creating/searching Land Title a workspace using the Pexa API?
They can check the status and update their subscription https://status.pexa.com.au/
For when its resolved, they are aware and still looking into the issue.
