Hello,

Currently you can only lodge a Transfer of Lease as a Residual document - that is create a paper Transfer of Lease, sign & stamp it and then scan &save it as a PDF through PEXA & send it to NSW Land Registry or hand the paper work straight to NSW Land Registry.
