Hello KRLegal,

When registering a Transfer of Lease a financial settlement is required. Additional Residual documents can be added within the workspace.

However you cannot mix different groups of documents in the one workspace  eg can't mix mainstream documents (e.g. Transfer) with Residual Documents (e.g. Change of Name)  nor Dealing with Exception - all the documents within the workplace need to be of the same type/format.
