My client has a property registered under the company name, she recently noticed that the company name registered on the title has a small error with additional "S", she wanted to rectify this error, the property does not have any mortgage and my client is holding the paper certificate of title. I understand that an application for new folio of the Register under Section 32 of TLA needs to be lodged, do I need to covert the paper title to electronic one and complete a nomination before lodging the application? How long is the processing time of LUV?
