Previously the Transfer (01TWC) "without monetary consideration" was out of scope - only a the standard Transfer (01T) was in scope. However there have been enhancements made and now where titles have "Tenants in common" or "Sole Tenancy" and are transferring all or part of their share a Part Tenancy Transfer can be used regardless if there is consideration or not.
Where the title refers to Joint tenants and changing the ownership, some scenarios can be processed in PEXA while other will need to be processed on paper as it may cause an error with the Office of State revenue. In these circumstances please contact your PEXA Direct Specialist or Support team to go through the specifics with you to help determine the best way to proceed.
