Your suggestion about the dashboard link for SHARED FILES with an indicator, would be like the Unread Conversations tab? I think that is a great idea. It may even provide an opportunity to reduce a conversation being sent about attaching the document, since there would be a clear counter that would prompt the other side.

Great news! Last release, the Workspace summary was updated to show a new panel for when you have a linked financial settlement! The panel shows you whether the linked workspace is ready, the settlement date and time, plus a hyperlink that navigates directly to the linked Workspace. It has been a real timesaver. That is right! It is the responsibility of the CoRD Holder to prepare the Consent within the Workspace prior to settlement.

Hi @ally1 We found that to get straight to the Active queue when finished with a file, you can go to the "Recent Workspace" dropdown and at the bottom select "View all Workspaces". It will take you to the Active queue that way. Otherwise it is a long way around.

I have a quick question regarding the Change of Name for both NSW and SA. When entering the Supporting Document into the evidence for Change of Name, it asks for a date. Our team are now seeking clarification as to what data should be entered: The Date the Documents have been signed The Date of Settlement The Date of Issue of the Document – Eg: If it is a Driver’s License, do we put the date that it was issued. The PEXA User Guides don't specify this information, so any clarification that you can offer would be great.

Regarding SA Survivorship are there steps for a MoT to action, like with NSW (CoRD) or VIC (Nominations) , or will Solicitors be able to proceed with the PEXA registration without having to involve the MoT within the PEXA workspace?

Another user made a great suggestion on the post: https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Ask-the-PEXA-Community/settlement-delay/m-p/12111 It would be great for notifications to be broadcast live in PEXA Workspaces to keep Subscribers up-to-date if a functionality goes awry.

I support this idea @ShaeSmall! Having a Notification display within PEXA Workspaces much like the notification pop-ups for signing or a banner on the Dashboard would be amazing to see for impacted Subscribers/Users. Having someone monitor the Community page in a large firm on the off-chance there is an outage, is not always effective.

Hi @Beck, It was great that the count came back however there is a discrepancy in the numbers between the snapshot and actual volume in the Conversation Dashboard. I have attached a capture for reference. I believe this was raised and rectified last year post Release 6.0. The difference between the figures fluctuates throughout the day.

I agree with @DMc, the 80/20 rule would be ideal as there is likely to be a great number of common questions that arise that a Bot would address. Depending on how they built the AI, the workspace specific questions may be able to be addressed, however that is where the 20% would kick in if the AI cannot handle it.

What has worked for me in the past when the message arrives that the 'eCT has been nominated to another workspace', is that I create a Withdrawal of Nomination in the current workspace and lodge the document. Once the lodgement has been successful, I proceed with triggering a lodgement verification on the Nomination I had created previously within the workspace and generally that comes back successful. I am keen to see if there is another resolution to this.

Is it correct that when Consent is referred to in two new transmission document notes, that this is in relation to the CoRD Consent, which means that if there is a MoT then either: 1. MoT will be invited into the workspace to load the CoRD; or 2. Lodge a CoRD prior to the transmission to be lodged?

The options in the screen shot provided in the "File Description Types are now categorised" change appear to be different. The Discharge Authority is no longer listed as an option. Can you please confirm whether the Discharge Authority item has been removed as an item? We utilise that selection.

The information on Single Sign-On (SSO) refers to the 16th June and Beta testers. Can you please confirm that this functionality is deployed on the 09/06/2018, however will not be "switched on" until after the Release, on the 16/06/2018, for selected Users who have volunteered as Beta Users?
