Yeah, we could look at that. We might just have to have a separate entry for the Re-supply to clearly delineate the pre-registration RIS from the post-registration RIS Re-supply, as opposed to the current approach of overwriting the data. Hi @DMc, Yes, the behaviour is the same for all docs. The Land Titles screen is currently a snapshot of land title data at time of workspace creation (Registry Information Supply). It can be updated by triggering an Information Re-supply (cost $5), but there is not automatic trigger to update it, such as the registration of a doc. But perhaps this is something we could look at doing. In the meantime, the best place to check the registration status of a dealing is the document screen. Or if you'd like an updated snapshot of a land title's data on the Land Title screen, you'll need to trigger an  Information Re-supply.   Thanks, Marty ... View more

As for notes in the workspace, we don’t plan on providing such a facility any time soon. Hi @LeFevre, Sorry for the delayed response. PEXA doesn't have a report to cover this, but the document's status in the workspace is updated when it is registered. See below screenshot for example. Hopefully that's enough detail for you not to need a title search.  We also send an email notification upon successful settlement and lodgement. Hi @Cory, You and I have discussed over email, but for anyone else that has the same feedback I thought I'd also respond here.   Thanks for your feedback. We haven't heard of any push back from agents so far. When we were gathering the requirements for this functionality, there was a desire to replicate the look and feel of the existing Order on the Agent process as much as possible (letterhead, signature, scan, email) to ensure as little resistance from recipients as possible. But this doesn’t translate well to the new electronic world, so we opted for the fairly simplistic approach of text in an email. Having the ability to upload your company’s logo to be included in the email (analogous to a letterhead) was on the cards, but unfortunately capacity was an issue. Allowing subscribers to upload logos and patching them through into emails PEXA generates is harder than it sounds. Perhaps a future release will include it. Even so, when we analysed the existing Order on the Agent  process we got the impression that the conventions of letterheads and signatures were just that, conventions. Hopefully the streamlined Settlement Notification process we've introduced will become popular enough to change these conventions. Even if that takes a while.   Thanks, Marty ... View more

Hi @MargaretD, This error is caused by an invalid combination of values in the NOA. But it looks like you've already updated the  Primary Construction Type to the correct value. Hi @BGoodwin, As discussed offline, these particular notifications are triggered when a  Mortgagee on Title enters a Payout Figure in the Financial Settlement. Email subject: [Workspace reference] - Action Required: Payout Figure has been entered for Financial Settlement   These are working as expected. The idea behind them is that you, as the Incoming Mortgagee, should be notified when the Mortgagee on Title has entered their Payout Figure, so that you can then go into the workspace and match their Payout Figure with Loan Proceeds. Some subscribers rely on this as a trigger to enter the Loan Proceeds. Some banks seem to be entering multiple Payout Figure line items. This is resulting in multiple Payout Figure notifications. This will reduce delays and help you progress your transaction to the next stage. Hi @TheDoctor, You aren't able to delete a workgroup if it still has workspaces in it. Regardless of whether these workspaces are active or completed etc. You'll need to move these workspaces to another workgroup first. Hi @JoannaBirch, Thanks for taking time to provide us with feedback. We're in the process of resolving issues with the adjustments functionality. Specifically, defects where amounts and destination line items aren't flowing through to the downloadable statement. These will be resolved in release 8, which is going live on the 21st May. However, we do have a dashboard that specifically lists your workspaces that have unread conversations. Have you tried that? Hi @lathan_thurpu, @TheDoctor, @jgusew, Great suggestion. The difficulty is that the history entries are generated as plain text at the time of the event and visible to ALL workspace participants. We do not display different text to each subscriber. Enhancing the entries to include user names and workgroups would no doubt be objected by some as this information as it's quite internal to each firm. To solve this we'd have to implement two flavours of history events: one for the subscriber that triggered the event (including user name and workgroup), and another for all other participants (which would be more sanitised). PEXA would decide which to display based on the user/subscriber viewing the history screen. A fair bit of work. In the meantime we will continue to enhance the history events to include the subscriber's name, as this is clearly useful information that isn't sensitive.   Thanks, Marty ... View more

Yes, the Discharge of Mortgage fee forms part of the Lodgement Fees charged to the Mortgagee on Title. Hi @Susandunn, We're currently working on enhancing the Order on the Agent functionality in PEXA. You'll be able to define multiple emails to be sent upon successful settlement. You'll be able to specify the recipients and customise the email text. The intent is that this would be used to notify real estate agents. But there's nothing stopping you from using this same functionality to notify strata/owners corp  of successful settlement. This functionality will be available from the 21st May (Release 8.0). Hi @jgusew, The idea behind the current approach is that you should only have to sign off on your destination line items. We didn't want changes in other participants' line items causing your Settlement Statement to be unsigned. The definition of "your" line items was simply ones that you created. But we acknowledge that this approach is too simplistic. We now realise that some destinations added by others should also fall into your Settlement Statement, as per your examples. Hi @Caz_at_Astills, Giving you the ability to tailor the notifications you receive is on our 'to do' list. I'm hoping we can deliver it later this year. Also, we currently send a 'Settlement date and time accepted by all participants' notification to the banks in a workspace. Hi @BrandonHetherington, Due to downstream land registry requirements, we limit data entry to 'printable ASCII characters'. (See full list of characters here). So you can definitely still include characters such as: $, %, &, (, ). As @LG says, you may have some stray tabs.
