PEXA Plus is designed to help streamline your digital property transaction experience. It features interactive Workspace overviews, widgets, a more orderly flow for reviewing your upcoming matters, and many more tools to streamline your use of PEXA. PEXA Plus also offers a Marketplace (NSW and VIC only) with a range of suppliers that offer additional products and services, providing members with choice and transparency on price.

WHO CAN ACCESS PEXA PLUS?
Currently, PEXA Plus is available to all PEXA members, while Marketplace is accessible in NSW and VIC within their Matters.
If for any reason you are having issues with accessing PEXA Plus or Marketplace (if you belong to the relevant jurisdiction) please contact our Support Centre or reach out to your PEXA Direct Specialist or PEXA Partner.
HOW CAN MEMBERS ACCESS PEXA PLUS?
All members can access PEXA Plus via this URL directly: https://plus.pexa.com.au. It is also accessible via the ‘Single Sign On’ navigation bar on the PEXA Exchange platform – simply click on the PEXA Plus icon.
NSW and Victorian members will be able to access Marketplace (via Matters) from their PEXA Plus screen via the left-hand navigation bar.
WHAT IS MARKETPLACE?
Marketplace sits within PEXA Plus and provides PEXA members with access to a range of services from suppliers. E.g. Title Search suppliers, allowing you to choose which provider to purchase a search from with transparency.
Marketplace partners with existing providers (where possible), helping you choose the right service at a suitable price-point
Equifax, CITEC & Hazlett(NSW) for title and property searches
Law Advisor for Digital Contract (NSW Only)
Over time, PEXA plans to extend its offering in other jurisdictions, including introducing other services
HOW DO I ACCESS MARKETPLACE AND WHAT IS A MATTER?
To access Marketplace, you first need to create a ‘Matter’ using either a title reference and/or property address – your next step will then be tailored depending on whether you have either or both available.
A Matter is a ‘file’ for all your marketplace activity associated with a property / transaction. Matters, accessible on the left-hand-side navigation pane – where you can select to create new Matter or access your existing list of Matters.
Within the Matter, you will be able to view total Matter disbursements, enabling swift reconciliation. Supporting services such as purchasing Property Searches or a Contract of Sale will be available here.

WHERE CAN I SEE MY TOTAL AMOUNT SPENT FOR A GIVEN ‘MATTER’?
Go to your PEXA Plus Matter summary page and view the Matter breakdown on this screen. This will display a summary of the total amount spent on the specific Matter. You can download the Disbursement summary for the matter as a CSV or PDF too.
HOW WILL YOU CHARGE/BILL FOR MARKETPLACE PURCHASES?
Orders from Marketplace will be invoiced and billed monthly. All orders placed for the month will be invoiced on the 1st of each month and amounts will be direct debited from your nominated Office Account 14 days thereafter. You will be charged only for the completed orders.
MAY I CHANGE THE ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR MY INVOICES?
PEXA will use your Subscriber Office Account for PEXA Plus invoices. If required, please contact PEXA’s dedicated Support Centre or accounts@pexa.com.au to update any details.
I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE MY INVOICE CYCLE FROM MONTHLY TO WEEKLY, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Generally, the billing for your PEXA Plus purchases will occur monthly. If a weekly billing cycle is required – please contact PEXA’s dedicated Support Centre and we can assist to set this up.
MARKETPLACE SEARCHES
I JUST ORDERED A SEARCH PRODUCT FROM MARKETPLACE BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION. IS THAT NORMAL?
When an order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email with an attachment of the document/product that was ordered.
If an email is not received within the expected timeframe (i.e. the same time the document is available in PEXA Plus for download), there are a few steps that may be taken:
Check your junk/spam folder as the document may have been diverted to such locations.
Refreshing your inbox to ensure that the folder you are checking is for the same email address that was used to login to Marketplace (note: some Members may have multiple email addresses for PEXA).
Call our dedicated Support Centre for further assistance.
I PUT AN ORDER THROUGH BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE PDF RESULTS IN 'MY ORDERS'?

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW UP on THE STATUS OF MY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE?
You may contact the PEXA Support Centre – they will liaise with the PEXA Plus product team to reach out to the relevant provider for further information on the status of the relevant Council Certificate.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Generally, you cannot cancel an order that is placed via Marketplace – for most products, the order process happens very quickly, therefore we cannot recall the order on your behalf.
Other products – e.g. Council Certificates, may take up to 10 days to be delivered due to processing timeframes. If the Certificate order is yet to be processed, then it may be canceled. Please contact PEXA’s Support Centre as soon as practical. They will then liaise with the PEXA Plus product team.
I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED MY EMAIL; MAY I REQUEST ANOTHER COPY OF MY PURCHASE?
Members can download the document by navigating to the “My Matters” section of PEXA Plus and selecting the specific matter and navigating to the Searches tab. The document will be available to download in this section. Note – the documents will most likely be downloaded to your “Downloads” folder on your individual PC.
Note that all users within the organization will be able to see the “My Matters” screen and have access to specific orders and download a copy of the document if required.
I AM NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD MY DOCUMENT VIA PEXA PLUS, WHAT DO I DO?
After placing your order, it will move into one of three statuses:
Complete and ready to download
Pending
Failed
You can only Download if the order is in Complete status. If you are unable to download your document, please contact PEXA’s Support Centre who will assist.
HOW DO I ORDER the RELATED DOCUMENTS / DEALINGS E.G. S.88B INSTRUMENT, MANAGEMENT STATEMENT ETC
You may order a standalone Plan & dealings with any provider in the Marketplace. You can order the related documents quickly via Equifax in NSW. One benefit of performing a search with Equifax in NSW is that once the order is complete, related documents are listed. You can select the related plan as well as dealings for the property via a quick search.
Once a Title Search or copy of the plan document is ordered via Marketplace, a list of related documents or dealing (if applicable) will be presented to you and available as a “Quick Order”.
To locate this list, go to the relevant search within “My Matters” – select to view the order details and a list of related documents and dealings will be displayed after the order information section.
Can I use vol/fol details TO ORDER A VICTORIAN PROPERTY AND COUNCIL CERTIFICATES?
You can place the Property and Council Certificates using Vol/Fol or Property address. Please select the Title and Property certificates search option when placing the order. You will be prompted to ask which data you would like to use to list the certificates for the property.
MY ORDER IS STILL IN ‘PENDING’ STATUS. HAVE I BEEN CHARGED FOR THE ORDER?
Orders will be charged as soon as they are placed. You will only be charged for orders that progress to a completed status. If your order has failed, simply place the order again from the start; you will not be charged for failed orders.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR SEARCHES?
The delivery email address for Marketplace orders cannot be changed. This is the account that is being used to log in to your PEXA account.
MARKETPLACE DIGITAL CONTRACTS
HOW DO I PURCHASE A DIGITAL CONTRACT OF SALE?
You can a purchase digital contract via the available provider (e.g. LawAdvisor) within your existing Matter or by creating a new Matter, under the “Contracts” tab in the matters overview screen.
This product offering is currently available in NSW & VIC.
HOW DO I CREATE THE DIGITAL CONTRACT OF SALE?
You can create the Digital Contract of Sale in your Matter by going to the Contracts Tab and following the order process.
Once you have purchased the digital contract (via the ordering process), the digital contract of sale will be made available via a direct link to the LawAdvisor contract tool, where you will be able to view and edit your contract.
If you purchased the digital contract of sale via a matter where you have populated existing property information, this will automatically be prepopulated in the digital contract.
HOW DO I ACCESS AND EDIT MY EXISTING DIGITAL CONTRACT OF SALE?
The only way to access and edit your purchased digital contract of sale is via your existing Matter in PEXA Plus. Go to the existing Matter and click on the contracts tab – your digital contract of sale will be displayed – click view to open.
You can access your created contract and edit the contract directly via the LawAdvisor contract tool.
HOW MUCH IS LAWADVISORS DIGITAL CONTRACT?
LawAdvisor’s NSW digital contract is $17 per contract and VIC is $16.5. Visit the terms and conditions for more information
HOW DO I PAY FOR MARKETPLACE PURCHASES?
On the 1st of every month, your firm’s allocated finance contact is emailed the corresponding invoices for your Marketplace purchases from the previous month.
On the 15th of every month, the total amount is direct debited from your nominated account.
WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY FREE DIGITAL CONTRACT PURCHASE?
Yes, on 1 October 2020, you will receive an invoice listing your purchases at the free introductory offer. Your invoice will say “NSW Digital Contract - $0.00”.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT FOR MARKETPLACE PURCHASES?
No, the fee paying account nominated to your PEXA Exchange profile will be used for Marketplace purchases.
