I gather if we have more than 20 titles on a mortgage and have to create two mortgage documents in Pexa, mortgages will incur two sets of fees and will register with two registration numbers is that correct? ... View more

We currently have a matter where we are 2nd mortgagee and need to lodge a standalone discharge of mortgage.   As this title should now be electronic, do we still need to invite the CBA to nominate the title to the lodgement and if so does this mean we will have to change the workspace to a "financial settlement required" workspace to be able to issue the invitation?   ... Yes there will be an incoming mortgagee on all the titles.   The issue is the FSS.   They system doesn't seem to like it if we don't place a payout figure in the 2nd workspace.   As we only have one payout figure, do we have to put 50% of the payout amount in the first workspace and 50% in the 2nd workspace? ... We would not be lodging the discharges as they are part of the financial settlement.   Does these mean we will have to split the payout figure even though it is only the one account? ... View more

We currently have a financial settlement file with 3 titles, each with a different mortgage, but we only have the account ie one payout figure.      Is there a way of creating the 2nd and 3rd workspace without having to complete the financial settlement statement page in the linked workspaces? ...
