I deposited a large sum of money on my daughters mortgage to save her interest. Verbal agreement only. She was aware it was for 12 months only, as I wanted to use some for travel. She purchased an investment property using that money without my knowledge. she is now selling that property and I want to try and get some of my funds back at settlement. Is a Subject to Claim Caveat the best move in this case?
