I recently had the exact same issue when attempting my first PEXA conveyance. While I realise a three year turnaround might be a little too late to help Joyce, this was still the only search result for E155 errors, so here’s the solution for anyone else encountering the same problem: Verify that you have correctly entered your OSR Client ID into your PEXA profile. From the top menu, select Administration tools > Manage Subscriber Details, and then enter OSR Client ID. Verify that you have correctly entered your PEXA Subscriber ID into the Administrators tab in OSR Connect.
