Hi @EmilyBilling,   We have recently discovered that further to point 4, if we are not the last/only participant in the workspace then after we withdraw the workspace data is no longer able to be viewed at all. It does not show up in our abandoned folder, and no results are retrieved when it is searched by different descriptors. It has essentially just disappeared. It would be great if the workspaces would display in our abandoned folder regardless of whether or not we were the last to withdraw.   Thanks, Tash ... View more

Lodgement instructions - responsible subscriber

Hello,   Is it possible to 'lock down' the "responsible subscriber" and "issuing instruction" fields on the Lodgement Instructions, if there is a subscriber acting in the role of Incoming Mortgagee in the workspace? That is, could the "responsible subscriber" default to the Incoming Mortgagee and be disabled for manual editing, and could the "issuing instructions" only be enabled for editing by the Incoming Mortgagee? Because the "responsible subscriber" currently defaults to the Subscriber who created the first document, and all Subscribers are able to edit the Lodgement Instructions, this creates a risk that the CT could be issued to a Subscriber other than the Incoming Mortgagee. We understand that it is the responsibility of the User who signs the Lodgement Instructions to confirm that the data is correct prior to signing, so the risk should be mitigated through this checking process. However, we see that the risk could be removed altogether if the Lodgement Instructions were 'locked down' in this way.   Thanks, Tash     ... View more

Hi again @BrettCS,   Just another quick note:   Some of our Users have expected their documents to go through the verification process after creation, which has not occurred and they have questioned why.     With the help of PEXA support I've been able to let our staff know that the verification check will trigger only when all created documents are in the prepared status (inclusive of those created by other participant, not just ours). If we had created documents which previously verified as successful and then new documents were created afterwards, our verification will drop off if the new documents are not 'complete' and so have not yet triggered another verification.   Thanks, Tash ... Hi again,   An example from today:   Issue: cord holder consent document verification results "unsuccessful" with the error "title must be produced".   Resolution notes: In NSW a Duplicate Certificate of Title that has no encumbrance on it and is dated pre 2004 therefore has no CAC code. The land title cannot be transacted upon in PEXA as the LPI in NSW will not accept it due to the high probability of it being a fraudulent CT. In this instance the CT must be taken to the LPI office for verifying and the LPI will issue a Production Receipt once the CT is proven to be genuine. Once the Production Receipt is received, this can then be entered into PEXA for the transaction to be completed electronically.   Thanks, Tash ... View more

Hello,   Is there any kind of general troubleshooting guide for common PEXA issue/errors that Subscribers could refer to as a kind of triage point prior to contacting PEXA support? For example, 'attempt removing the document in error and create it again' or 'edit the participant and update XYZ field'.   If there are common queries which are easily resolved in ways such as above, this would be a really useful guide (we think so at least!)   Thanks, Tash ... Hello,   Once an invitation sent by us has been actioned, the notes sent with it do not display anywhere and at times it is useful to be able to refer back to see what was sent with the invite. Could this data be recorded and displayed within the workspace somewhere? Perhaps in with the conversations if not an item of it's own?    Thanks, Tash ... View more

Hello,   Where the dashboard groups workspaces in to quick access folders (e.g. ready for lodgement, settlements due in 7 days etc), could there be one for settlement date pending? It would be great if this could also somehow differentiate to the User whether it was us or the other participants who were still pending for accepting the date.   This would, for example, make it more manageable to monitor for proposed changes to settlement date.    Thanks, Tash   ... Hi,   We have noticed that it is possible to add settlement to a workspace after ticking "No" settlement required at workspace creation, however, it is not possible to remove settlement from a workspace after it has been created. Hello,   Our Discharges team manually create a destination for the PEXA service fees payable by our institution for each workspace. Would it be possible to create the functionality for this to be automated in some way? Perhaps by ticking an "add PEXA service fees to destinations" box on the fee schedule, and then we just have to satisfy the destination account details? Or, at least have some fields pre-populated when creating in the destinations manually? e.g. could "PEXA Service Fee" be available in the category selection, and when chosen the amount could auto-populate based on the value in the fee schedule, because then the User would only be required to satisfy the destination account details.   Thanks, Tash ...
