I'm pretty sure ANZ are working outside of the "guidelines" - settlement due at 1.00 pm.  It is now 4.22 pm and they still haven't signed off on the FSS.  No response, unsurprisingly, to conversations within the workspace.  ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ... View more

Been on the phone to the bank for 27.21 mins now and counting.  Arguing with the bank because they can't identify me.  My suggestion therefore is to just jump in the workspace and do what you are supposed to be doing....   ... View more

Not a new topic but venting my frustration anyway.  I have had a matter in PEXA for some time waiting for the Commonwealth Bank to transfer control of the electronic title to my office.  Having received no response from the CBA to my conversations in the workspace, I contacted PEXA to request that they contact CBA and give them a kick up the backside.  To my disbelief, PEXA no longer gets involved....  Guess what I'm doing right here, right now... yep I'm on the phone to the bank (on hold naturally)...  Gee those banks are smart.  They held us up for years and years.   We had a reprieve whilst PEXA was being nice to us and now the banks are at it again.   Rant over! ... It would be good to have a search function when looking for a trailing workspace.  Currently we have to scroll through all matters to locate.  The more matters in the system, the more matters we have to scroll through! ... View more
