hi @DMc , the new feature is an option that's available to POTs, we haven't removed the ability for IPs to change the settlement date and time, but added an option to restrict it. The POT can always turn this feature on/off as required. I've updated the heading so hopefully it's a little clearer. Apologies for any confusion!     ... View more

@SCS Mobile Web-auth certainly is improving leaps and bounds, I for one would love to see an ELNO use Passwordless login! :D   Unfortunately, the PEXA Digital Certificate software is not yet available for most mobile devices (windows-mobile but not-yet available windows in S-mode via MS Store,  or chrome-os could be a different story)...   As far as I know, the OS used, needs to support (a)Digi Certificate Software, (b)Browser extension, and (c)Signing application. Check those current software installs as listed here https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Help-Centre/Installing-the-digital-certificate-Help-Centre/ba-p/167   But could be worthwhile to keep asking PEXA support for it! ;)  I would be happy to BETA -PLEASE!?!! ... As borrowed from https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/South-Australia/Enhanced-Settlement-Summary-in-SA-one-month-in/gpm-p/21552 to share and allow WA comments... mkelly   Star Employee Enhanced Settlement Summary in SA - one month in     5 hours ago   - last edited   4 hours ago Enhanced Settlement Summary South Australians have been settling the bulk of their files using the new Enhanced Settlement Summary for over a month now. I wanted to call out a few things to make sure that we are all getting the most out of the changes and are all comfortable with what to do. What are the transfer indicators and why are they important? The transfer indicators are at the top of the ESS:- They give everyone certainty about who needs to do what, when. Also, the Vendor side can now also can choose who is looking after the Vendor Surplus. Clicking the   Ready for Shortfall Button when you   act for Purchaser   and   IM is providing Full Proceeds Very Important to advise that you have finalised your lines and are now waiting on the IM. FI Process built around completing tasks once its clicked. Workspace tasks for FI to complete does not trigger until button clicked. Current usage of the Ready for Shortfall button in SA is sitting very low. Phase 2 coming, which will create additional functionality.  (i.e. more automation on entering funds on the basis of the complete ESS) Using conversations creates uncertainty about what to do, and is time consuming at scale.   Please avoid duplicating the information in a conversation. Enhanced Settlement Summary FAQs How do I advise the incoming bank how much I require without the “Total Funds Required to Settle” field? Complete your Purchaser’s Destinations  Have the matter stamped (now even more important to have the matter stamped early) The amount will automatically populate for you.  Why can’t I see the “Ready for Shortfall" Button?  Stamp duty has not yet been verified? The incoming mortgagee has not indicated that they are providing shortfall?  The loan funds are higher than what is required (rectified in release 13) It is already balanced (rectified in release 13) How to I deal with the Registration Fees for other documents belonging to the Vendor?  Include them on the Adjustment Statement. Then your statement will align with who is paying for what at settlement. If its not on the statement, deduct it from the “Balance due to Vendor from Purchaser” Important updates coming as a result of pilot feedback The ability to mark the workspace as not involving a sale or purchase – hence turning off the ESS in the workspace. (Useful for Related Party transfers etc.) More popups for a limited time, to guide you through what to do and when. Signing popups for all parties when trying to sign unbalanced to ESS.  (to warn when sources and destinations are accidentally balanced) “Ready for shortfall” button to display, even if the loan funds are higher than what’s required, or is already balanced. We are building reporting for all practitioners, so that they can see the number of workspaces each of the indicators are used, to help refine your processes. Overwhelmingly, the feedback on the new summary has been very positive.  We have plenty of enhancements coming to further refine the process and make your lives easier. Please reach out to the SA Team if you want to discuss. ... View more

Hi @kennedsh, No, this change only applies to destinations, not sources. Previously the PEXA Workspace ID would prepopulate into this field (e.g. PEXA20782092). But we noticed that most people would overwrite this value with their own Workspace Reference (e.g. 45098 SMITH), so we've just changed the rules to save people some typing. I hope that answers your question. ... View more

It is not the biggest problem, there are special programs that can fix everything you need. I can't remember how it was called, but I remember when my sister was working with it. She was including all the documents inside the program, he could edit them and then print, that was pretty comfortable. Also I guess that adobe can do the same thing for printers. Maybe you need to check for more information on https://www.palmgear.com/best-printers-for-cardstock/, they usually know everything related to printers. ... View more

@BrettCS    How about we go even better! :D   AFAIK, Yubico is the company behind the Yubikey which has been around now for 13 years. Yubico founded the industry consortium for FIDO2, the Passwordless Authentication standard.  It stands for Fast ID Online version 2.    WebAuth is the standard within FIDO2 relating to Web Authentication.  This is what PEXA will be most interested in because PEXA's service is web-based.     FIDO2 and WebAuthn are complex and implementation projects require a specialist team and typically require any months to deploy.  That team is then needed for the lifecycle of the system.   A short circuit to achieving this same outcome is deploying BankVault Passwordless.  This supports the WebAuthn standard.   Simple, low-cost deployment (in hours, not months) makes this 10-100x faster to deploy than competing solutions:  - No change to backend infrastructure  - No client software  - No user setup (or Change Management)   It harnesses user mobile phones, saving costs, and the inconvenience of having to buy, setup, and always carry a dongle.  ... @Jarrod_McAleese I would suggest for the sake of clarity at least for WA terminology... #WATranslation ;) @Jarrod_McAleese wrote: * Note: In this release notes, we’re referencing this amount as the ‘Balance due to Vendor’; however, the terminology differs in each jurisdiction: NSW—Amount due on Settlement ACT—Amount due to Seller VIC—Balance due to Vendor QLD—Balance due to Vendor SA—Balance due to Vendor by Purchaser WA—Balance due to effect Settlement   WA previously used the same terminology as SA i.e. Vendor (for POT) & Purchaser (for IP), but now refer to Seller (for POT) & Buyer (for IP) so most likely use either; WA —'Balance of Purchase Price' -per 2018 REIWA Joint Form of General Conditions cl. 3.6 or WA — Balance due to Seller(POT) by Buyer(IP) to Seller Settlement Agent (SSA) Since the 'Balance due to effect settlement' would be different based on if you are talking to Buyer, Seller, or the Other Settlement Agent.   Cheers for the video. :) ... Hi There,   Thanks for reaching out.    Microsoft is no longer actively supporting Internet Explorer with the latest security patches, which could potentially put you at risk from cyber attack. I would suggest you immediately update to a supported browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox.    Whichever browser you choose to go with, it is a good idea to turn on automatic updates in the browser's settings. This will help to ensure you always get the latest updates as they become available.    Kind Regards,   David W (PEXA General Manager, IT Security)  ... View more

Hi @Jodietai    Correct - you should be able to proceed on matters for parties with one name in PEXA. It is also my understanding that you should be able to settle these matters on PEXA for FHOG recipients. I believe that the banks need to use a full stop in the surname of the FHOG system, but this can be ignored in Revenue Online, although it will prompt the user in the system with  a warning to that the fact that the names are slightly different, but this can be proceeded with, once acknowledged.   Further information on this can be found in our WA Transfer Duty Troubleshooting Guide: https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Share-your-Experiences/Troubleshooting-guide-for-WA-Transfer-Duty-Verification/m-p/17198     Hope this helps, Angella ...
