Hi @Cat    A Surrender of Lease is a Residual document  and a Lease is a mainstream document on PEXA. Both those documents cannot be lodged together in the same workspace. However if they need to be lodged together, both the documents are available under 'Paper dealing' and can be done in the same workspace.    The  Paper Dealing  Residual Lodgement process enables paper documents to be sent through to NSW LRS via a PEXA Workspace as a document in PDF format. The NSW LRS will then treat the PDF version of the document as if it were being lodged in paper over the counter. PEXA Subscribers are able to lodge paper Real Property Act dealings with a Land Title Reference through the ‘ Paper Dealing ’ document via the PEXA Platform. Paper documents which do not have a Real Property Act Land Title Reference, or where the Land Title is not valid for electronic lodgement in the PEXA Platform, are able to be lodged through the PEXA Platform using a prescribed Title Reference. Hi @Sold    In order for fees to be automatically populated in the ‘Destinations’ tab on the settlement screen, all of the documents need to have passed lodgement verification.   Lodgement Verification is the process where the documents are sent to the Land Registry to be reviewed and return from the Land Registry with a Document Verification Result (the fees are also returned at this point). Lodgement Verification can only occur when all documents have a Document Status of ‘Prepared’.   Any document with a Document Status of ‘In Preparation’ indicates that the document is missing information and will need to be edited and saved to trigger Lodgement Verification. However, if you are confident that the Caveat that you lodged was designed to lapse on settlement then you may choose to not prepare a Withdrawal of Caveat in Settlement.   Electronic lodgement has changed the way documents are lodged to the Land Registry however the documents should operate the same as paper.   For further clarification specific to your circumstances in relation to the Caveat, please contact the Land Registry.   ... Hi @AeYco    Yes the CT controller can create workspace to Transfer the CT Control to the relevant subscriber.    The   Transfer of CT Control   document enables Financial Institutions to give control of a title or titles to their Panel Lawyers.
