Good Morning I was just wondering - leading up to the settlement of a workspace, how often is a title search done to check if there are any unregistered dealings? Is this a one off thing say the day before settlement? or do they run constant checks up until the file is locked ready to settle? Thanks!

Good Morning Is a trust disclosed on a Victorian title? I believe in QLD we cannot do deals if the mortgagee on title is a Trust because the Trust is disclosed on the title. Is this the case for Victorian deals or can we do these deal types through PEXA? Thanks!

Good Morning I have a deal that has 2 x Victorian Properties and we will be doing just stand alone discharges as there is no new incoming mortgage. Can you do this under the one workspace? I can't see any issues why as I have been told that as long as titles validate you can prepare the necessary documents - however I just wanted to make sure this was still the case for standalones before I begin. Thanks!
