Hello Louimac,   Hope you are well.   As general course of action always check the Registrar General's Lodgement rules: https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/publications/lodgment-rules (refer to lodgement rule No:2 for Crown land) and determine if the matter should proceed as a Dealing with Exception.   If unsure email Land Registry to ask which way is the best way to proceed as the Land Registry will ultimately register the dealing or not - email: eConveyancingNSW@nswlrs.com.au   Kind regard   Vesna Vranjes Customer SuccessHub Team Lead ... Please contact Vic Land Registry on which documents need to be lodge.    For more information please see the below link: https://community.pexa.com.au/t5/Victoria/Land-Use-Victoria-Guide-to-submitting-a-paper-transaction-...   Kind regards   Vesna Vranjes Team Lead Customer SuccessHub   ... Hello KRLegal,   When registering a Transfer of Lease a financial settlement is required. Additional Residual documents can be added within the workspace.   However you cannot mix different groups of documents in the one workspace  eg can't mix mainstream documents (e.g. Transfer) with Residual Documents (e.g. Change of Name)  nor Dealing with Exception - all the documents within the workplace need to be of the same type/format.   To determine which group/format your individual dealings fall into please refer to the Schedule of eDealings:  https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/property-and-conveyancing/eConveyancing/schedule-of-edealings   Kind regards Vesna Vranjes PEXA Partner - Virtual Hub ... The Lessee does not need to be represented as there is no change to the Lease and will continue even after the new Proprietors are registered. Hello,   For a Transfer of Lease regardless if the lodgement is now or after Oct 11, 2021 the process is to create a workspace and follow the Dealing with Exception process. (Help card attached).   There is a Land Registry wavier that can be used (if before Oct 11- it is wavier 21.4, if however after Oct 11 - it is wavier 63.2) Current exemption list: https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/publications/conveyancing-rules-waivers   New exemption list that come into effect Oct 11, can be located: https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/publications/lodgment-rules   Exemption form (this is due to be updated Oct 11) https://nswlrs.com.au/getattachment/0a9b0dfb-05c9-4283-8451-d5b91503a1f2/Conveyancing%20Rules%20Exemption%20Form%202021   Helpful hint: ensure the attachment includes the wavier form so the NSW LR will know which wavier you are utilizing.   Kind regards Vesna  PEXA Partner - Virtual Hub ...
