Hi Katherine,   PEXA are committed to working with the banks to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties. Hi Bryn Thanks for your query. Some panel firms require afternoon settlements as they are waiting on funds to be cleared into their account from the lender for settlement. We understand this can be frustrating and are continuously providing feedback and support to improve this experience.
