Some of the initiatives we are currently working on include providing banks with their Transfer Guideline Adherence to identify areas of improvement in their work flow processes, running campaigns to increase Guideline Adherence for key metrics and technological developments through automation for payout figures and acceptance of invites. Hi Jodie, The option to select Yes/No for the Clients Authority will appear once a Transfer of Land document has been created in the workspace. Hope this helps! Salena

Hi Bryn Thanks for your query. Some panel firms require afternoon settlements as they are waiting on funds to be cleared into their account from the lender for settlement. We understand this can be frustrating and are continuously providing feedback and support to improve this experience. If this has occurred on one of your workspaces recently, are you able to private message me the details of the workspace so I can relay this back to the lender or panel firm? Thank you Salena
