Well, that is pretty interesting. But you have no idea what I am listening to day by day. I am working for a private jet rentals and we have a lot of interesting personalities on board. We have a lot of famous actors and I am more than sure you know them, businessmen, singers, leaders and so one. So, i could say that the majority of the are not speaking about their work and not even about families. OK Since we all know that PEXA is already different, How about we apply some common standards. Especially with the Conversations order; Anyone that has used a mobile phone chat/sms program for the past 20 years or so, would know that the latest messages are at the bottom because the reply box is at the bottom.   These are currently reversed in the PEXA browser.  This could and does have other ramifications to using conversations via the API which would have adopted the common chat standard. Allowing confusion to reign especially when conversations refer to "below" messages which depending on how viewed may be displayed "above".    Hope that makes some common sense. Hi @JRR  Good question, however, I believe the intent is merely to facilitate inclusion of those other Dutiable or nominal counter endorsed documents. Thanks for you feedback @SArmes  - we will be lifting this restriction in the next release (R11.0.1 in December) so that the Proprietor on Title's representative can send conversations to the Incoming Mortgagee (when there is no Incoming Proprietor in the Workspace) and also to allow the Incoming Proprietor representative to send conversations to the Mortgagee on Title (when there is no Incoming Mortgagee in the Workspace).   This means you will be able to send conversations to the relevant Participant when you are completing transactions such as survivorships, transmissions and part tenancy transfers.   Thanks Amber   ... Some additional feedback around the currently limited flexibility of conversations would be to add more Practitioner and Lender 'Quick Indicators' much like the Checklist ie Authority Documents Sent/Received currently in use. Things like; "Indicative" or "Confirmed" boxes next to the 'Total Funds Required To Settle' (TFRTS) Plus additional box for 'includes Discharge and New Mortgage Rego fees' (WA issue - identified in the Symposium) Incoming Lender holds Equity up to a total {AMOUNT}. Outgoing Lender needs to collect minimum {AMOUNT} Plus"Indicative"/"Confirmed" Plus a Tick box for 'Surplus Funds are accepted'?   Another improvement to the Conversations tool would be able to 'select from a User specified regular template' or 'Type into Other' text box directly as we need to get the message down BEFORE going through the rigmarole of options and forgetting what was intended to be communicated.   ...     Great news!   Last release, the Workspace summary was updated to show a new panel for when you have a linked financial settlement! The panel shows you whether the linked workspace is ready, the settlement date and time, plus a hyperlink that navigates directly to the linked Workspace.
